Regarding USPS First Class Shipping
There are no guarantees on how long shipping will take using USPS First Class Mail for both domestic and international orders. If the package becomes lost, the customer must wait until USPS responds regarding the location of the package. Legends Toys and Hobbies takes no responsibility on a package lost while using USPS First Class Mail Shipping.
Furthermore, any order totaling more than $100 cannot be shipped via USPS First Class Shipping, unless the items for the order can fit into a USPS Small Flat Rate Box.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discovery cards. There is a $20.00 minimum for credit card orders.
Personal Checks & Money Order
Returned checks are subject to a $28.00 service charge. All Money orders and personal checks must be drawn in the United States banks. Please allow 10-15 business days for personal checks to clear before your order can be process. Please confirm with our order department by calling (626) 810-8962 or email firstname.lastname@example.org on the availabity & shipping cost of your order before sending a personal check, money order or cashier check.
We can only accept credit card/paypal for customers outside the United States. You are responsible for all customs fees, duties, tariff taxes etc. that apply to your country. Please check with your authorities prior to bidding/purchasing.
Please contact us for a routing number, account number, address and phone number of our bank information before making a wire transfer.
No charge will be made on your credit card account for pre-order items. There are no pre-order fees. We will charge the actual amount to your account on the day we have the item ready to ship-out.
A sales tax of 8.75% will be automatically added to the items shipped to addresses in CA. This tax, when applicable, will be charged to your card once your order ships.
If you place an order and we don't have the item (s) in stock, the order will be cancelled. Your credit card will not be charge. If you send in a check with your order your check will be returned to you.

All orders are shipped VIA UPS Ground / USPS. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. You will see the estimated shipping cost during checkout. The order will be shipped to the address shown on the order. Customer has to notify us if changed to any new address before we shipped the order. Otherwise, you will be changed for any address correction fee imposed by UPS or USPS. Note: Please allow 2-3 business days for processing the order to be ship out.

We do not except any action figures, accessories, models that has been open, broken seal or partially built. The original invoice must accompany any returns. For all returns due to any reason, you must contact us within 7 days from the invoice date for authorization to return the product. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorized returns will be credited minus the initial shipping cost. While we will gladly correct any errors on our end, any merchandise returned due to an error on your part will be charged a 15% of the invoice amount for a restock fee and shipping it back to us will be at your cost.
